职位描述：Position Summary
The NYU Shanghai Center for Career Development helps students prepare for the professional world ahead and secure a position that fits both their experiences and career aspirations. The center aims to provide comprehensive career guidance. We connect students to faculty, employers, alumni, and other organizations to help them achieve personal and professional success.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with staff in the operation of various career education programs, media management, and promotion targeting students, as well as conducting industry-related research.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and collecting data about career-related information, such as campus recruitment deadlines, industry news, job opportunities, etc.
- Doing research work in the field of various industries according to requests.
- Maintaining and updating news, photos, and videos on social media, such as WeChat, Instagram, and Official Websites. Helping with generating WeChat postings and taking photos and videos.
- Supporting big events such as Career Fairs, Networking Events, Seminars, Panel Talks, and workshops logistically.
- Managing the office and conference room, including maintaining stationery and equipment.
- Supporting other basic office administration tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree students; excellent leadership preferred.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Graphic design and event planning skills are a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work in a cross-cultural environment.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
- High professional integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
- Availability of at least three days per week for three months.
