职位描述：Position Summary：
The Computer Science, Data Science, and Engineering division is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic academic environment. The successful candidate will support various administrative functions, contributing to the smooth operation of the division.
Responsibilities：
-Meeting & Event Management:
Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings. Organize conferences, workshops, seminars, and other events, ensuring seamless execution.
-Communication & Content Creation:
Write, edit, and publish news articles, press releases, and newsletters, maintaining a consistent style. Design and produce brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
-Project Support & Research:
Conduct research and data analysis to support project planning and identify trends and patterns relevant to operations.
-Stakeholder Coordination:
Manage itineraries and ensure timely updates to all relevant stakeholders. Support the activities of student clubs and assist in coordinating their initiatives.
-Web & Database Maintenance:
Regularly update and maintain web content, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Manage departmental databases, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data.
-Administrative Support:
Manage office supplies and maintain the pantry. Handle other administrative tasks as assigned, ensuring smooth office operations.
Required Education：
-Undergraduate or graduate students graduating in 2025-2027.
Degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Public Relations, Education, Business, Data Science, English, or related disciplines.
Strong academic background.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-Commitment to 3-5 days per week, starting from November or December, for at least 6 months.
-Passion for education and a desire to work in this field after graduation.
-Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
