职位描述：Position Summary：
The NYU Institute for Cities and Real Estate in Emerging Markets at NYU Shanghai (ICREEM) is a newly established educational and research center on cities and real estate in emerging markets, with financial support from visionary industry leaders.
ICREEM is looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to support the daily operation, contribute to long-term projects, and interact with other school units and faculty, depending on the changing needs of the institute and their creativity, initiative, and interests.
This is a unique opportunity for students interested in the Real Estate and Higher Education sectors to develop professional skill sets and gain valuable global perspectives in an enthusiastic and international working environment.

Responsibilities：
-Marketing: Develop promotion materials for events; assist with the creation of content for social media.
-Event support: Assist in organizing ICREEM events and educational programs
-Research: Assist in market research, gathering data and information, and compiling reports.
-Daily operation: process expenses and reimbursement, track invoicing and payment; collate and organize documents; set up meetings; create and maintain databases for events and groups.
-Other related responsibilities may from time to time be assigned by the ICREEM team.

Qualifications：
-Proficiency in English is required.
-Excellent writing and proofreading skills in both Chinese and English are required.
-Basic skills in design software are required, including making event posters, presentation slides, and photo editing.
-Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-cultural environment is required.
-Experience with Google Workspace (including Docs/Sheet/Slide), Canva, Xiumi (WeChat post) is a plus.

Time Commitment: 5 days per week, onsite at NYU Shanghai Campus
